Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by emailing luxurybrandsoutlet@mail.com.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

Conditions for returns: For the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The items were purchased within the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Delivery of goods made to your specifications or distinctly personalized.
  • Delivery of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate quickly or where the expiry date has passed.
  • Delivery of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were not sealed after delivery.
  • Provision of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our discretion.

Return of goods You bear the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
